Irregular Feeding from Tray 1 (Feed Tires stall intermitently)
This problem is commonly caused by the two ridges on the side of the feed clutch making contact with the frame of the machine (caused by fatigue cracks in the frame).
- Try filing down the rear (opposite the gear) 1/3 of the two ‘clutch teeth’ (this is where the clutch sticks through the frame).
- If that fails, clean or if necessary, replace the Feed Clutch.
