1012 style (1012/5011/5012/5014)
Misfeeds from Tray 1:
- Check out the Tray 1 (Side Cassette) Paper Feed Tires, clean or replace if needed.
- Watch the tires to see if they hesitate during turning... if they do, read about "Irregular Feeding".
- Check & clean the Feed Clutch and replace if needed.
- The Feed Solenoid can be tested using Diagnostic Code '81' (refer to “Checking Clutches, Motors, etc.”)
