Fuser Modules, Fuser Parts (even parts not spared by Xerox) We're working on the Connector for the Fuser Modules... In stock:... TECHNICAL INFORMATION:  Most important to know is that the access code to get into the Customer Tools is '1111'. From the Customer Tools, you can adjust registration, edge erase, copy quality, etc. The full diagnostic access is not available on this series because they require a laptop with special licensed software which Xerox sells only on a per serial number basis (for big bucks too). This means unless you have such a laptop setup, you'll need to limit your agreements with clients to reflect this. Fortunately, the reports from the field are that these machines can be successfully serviced without the laptop.
