1. Take one outer plate off:

2. Remove the Inner Plate (1 screw from the end of the panel:

3. With that inner plate out of your way, you can see the SD Card in the opening.  Press in gently a little and release for it to come out. 

 

We recommend using Stabilant 22A  (see Related Products) on the contacts on the card and inside the SD Card port to improve connectivity and enhance communication.  It will help avoid the 116-365 fault code that comes up when the job data communication fails.
