      IBT Edge Sensor - replaces 130K60830

       

      This sensor has a spring-loaded arm and a pad which rides against the edge of the IBT Belt to "see" if the belt walks too far in one direction or the other.  If the belt does walk off, the machine can turn on the steering motor to correct the belt's posiiton from-to-rear. 

       

      It is important to go into diagnostics and do the procedure called "Belt Edge Learn" whenever the belt is replaced or the sensor is replaced.. of if the belt home sensing fault keeps coming back and the belt is no longer centered properly when it is looked at (if the belt walks far enough out, the home sensor fails to see the little square reflecive tab which it uses to see the home posiition)>
