This is the thermal cut-off for the fuser lamp. If the fuse is blown, you will want to figure out why the fuser got hot enough to blow the fuse. Sometimes the cooling fan does not work properly, sometimes the Triac is shorted (if the triac is shorted, the lamp will stay on constantly and never switch off like it should). You will also want to clean and checkout the thermistor.
