This is the Toner / Developer (T/D) Cartridge sold under the reorder number: 6R988. On rare occasion, a machine may be set up for the Metered version of the cartridge (6R987). If this happens to you, call us... we can help by offering the correct Connector type to replace on the rear of the cartridge. There is also a diagnostic change which might help.
