This part has been on Backorder status at Xerox for over a year now.  We had to come up with a solution--came up with a trick... a way to fix the assembly in many cases. Ofen what fails is that a black plastic shaft / stud breaks off.  The shaft is where the white coupling/gear that provided drive to the leveler coupling is mounted.
