      You will need to solder this switch onto the control console PWB

      This switch failing is the most common problem with the Control Consoles. The reason they fail is because when folks walk up to the machine and press Print, it wakes up out of Energy Saver Mode... this takes a while and the machine gives little indication that it is getting warmed back up, so folks tend to keep pressing the button, harder and harder till it finally makes a copy. Eventually the switch fails which results in the machine not responding to the copy button.
