Toner Dispense Assembly - 094K93920, 094K93921 Genuine Xerox® 

Complete toner feeder, includes the longer dispense augers, toner dispense motor, toner cartridge drive motor, etc. 

Note that one of the most common failures in this assembly occurs when the small spring that wipes/cleans the face of the Low-Toner Sensor breaks off or becomes deformed.  Without that spring doing its job, the Low-Toner Sensor mistakenly thinks there is no toner after a while so the machine keeps calling for a new toner cartridge.  This causes the machine to think the toner is out when it might not be. We have also seen this spring mounted backwards in some brand new assemblies.  Below is a photo showing the correct orientation of the spring in an assembly:

To access this spring and the little plastic wheel piece that it mounts to, you will need to remove the motor assembly at the rear end and unclip the plastic clips arranged along either side of the unit.
