Toner Dispense Repair Kit - ** (Toner Shutter Stopper/Opener, Sensor Cleaning Spring Assembly & Toner CRUM Chip)

Note that on the D95/D110/D125 models, if a Toner Dispense Error is declared, the machine wipes out the CRUM Chip on the toner cartridge, so you will need the Toner CRUM Chip for sure. 

The Sensor Cleaning Spring is critical as it slides across and scrapes toner off the face of the Low Toner Sensor. When this piece fails, the toner builds up, and the sensor fails to see the toner presence in the dispense auger chute. 

Notice the correct position/orientation of the angle of the spring on the sensor cleaning spring assembly in the photo below. This photo shows one installed in the toner dispense assembly.  We have heard reports of these being installed backwards on brand new OEM assemblies, resulting in the toner dispense error coming back shortly after installation.
