See the 3rd photo which points out two of the tabs which often break (sometimes the rear ones break, sometimes the front.  If you want a less costly solution, you can get a repair kit to repair two of the broken tabs (see our part number C32EARK).  The kit is a utilitarian design, and not as pretty as a new assembly, but it solves the problem nicely with less cost.
