CHECKING THE FUSER EXIT SENSOR
(Fault Code: 077-103 / 077-106 / 077-107)
To check the Sensor and its actuator, remove the Bottom Cover (2 screws from underneath, and 1 screw from front)

Check to be sure the Sensor Mounting Clips are seated. The Actuator should move freely if you press on it with your finger and it should spring back to its home position (relaxed) when you release it. You can also double check that the white connector is fully seated on the sensor. If the actuator is broken or the clips for the sensor's mounting are broken, then the fuser will need to be disassembled to replace the sensor.

Another easy thing to check requires removing the Rear End Cover (2 screws) With that cover off, you can double check the intermediate connector for the Fuser Exit Sensor's wiring harness. If it was left disconnected, it is an easy fix to plug it back in and you have a solution!
