005-122 – DADF / Document Feed, Simplex / Side 1 Pre-Registration Sensor ON Jam
Document Pre-Registration Sensor did not come on in time after the feed sensor came on.

005-123 – DADF / Document Feed, Simplex/Side 1 Registration Sensor ON Jam
The Document Registration Sensor did not come on in time after the Pre-Registration Sensor came on.

Lead Registration Sensor did not come on in time after the Document Registration Motor came on.

005-125 – DADF / Document Registration Sensor OFF Jam
Document Registration Sensor did not turn off in time after the start of reading (after Registration Motor came on).

Document Out Sensor did not come on within a given time after the start of reading (after Registration Motor came on).
