Fuser Heat Belt Slip Sheet
Note: This is the fabric guide which goes inside the heat belt in the FuserModule.
We recommend you also get Heat Belt Oil (7525FHBO) to lubricate this piece thoroughly. This is critically important. Without enough lubrication, the new slip sheet will shear off and fail, and may result in the heat belt itself getting damaged or wrinkled.
When replacing the Slip Sheet... it is very important that you use a good Quality bit: #2 Phillips preferrably with JSA (black tipped). It is extremely easy to strip these screws if you use a poor quality bit or the wrong sized bit. Once the screw head is stripped, it is a major chore to remove stripped screws in this case. See the photo below which shows a cutaway view with one of the screws to watch out for:
